Our email policy:

In our business, we embrace the value of embodying and role modeling a healthy work / life balance not often seen in American culture, but much more common throughout the world. 

We believe it is important not only for us and our team but also for our clients and customers as they regulate their central nervous systems, heal from trauma, and learn to move toward a life that is in harmonic resonance with the planet as a whole.   

For this reason, while we occasionally offer services (such as classes, courses, workshops, and 1:1 services) in the evenings to accommodate people's schedules, we maintain a standard M- F, 9 am - 5 pm email response schedule.

We also allow up to 24 business hours (3 business days) to respond to emails.
